Mission day.
it goes like this. one of the leaders, or kages can go out somewhere..
and then request assistants from any1 participating..
saying.. "first person to bring me a hammer at gwd wins."
that could be an A-rank mission. and worth a certain amount of max trade.

we will have to think of other missions as we go along. that is just a example. and probably a horde way of explaining..
but Mission day! win prizes of cash.
