Exam ideas/change KAGE

i have some ideas about exams...
i feel that the current exams we have now don't fully test each persons ability..
so i wanted to discuss with you some ideas maybe we could implement.

ok... so first i will type how it is now..with some commentary.

Chunnin- Cb. 80+
5 events.

Jounin - 80+
Questions and win a fight pits... Test: melee combat...

Anbu 85+
wilder course, and solo the kbd.... Test: running around, and range...

i was thinking... firstly we should allow newer or lower levels into the clan..
make it 50+? i mean... chuunin and genin and jounin are all about the same level...
we should be somewhat accurate to the show right?
why not let lower levels in so we can train/teach them...
not to mention it would boost the total clan members.. and if we get enough eventually.
we could make 4 man cells. like squad 7 or 999 or 619.

Chuunin - 60+ cb required
-Noted to be in the clan chat on occasion.
-Registered on the clan site.
-Post consistantly within the clan site.
(this is still the same as if we had them goto events. only much easier for those of us who
live in different time zones. and we can still see them very active in the clan.)

Jounin - 80+ combat required.
-win fight pits in a Fight pits world.
OR
- win a clan fight with it 3 against the one taking the exam.
(this is pretty much the same as the original jounin test with one modification.)


ANBU - 105 Combat Required.
Anbu are supposed to be the best of the best right? the strongest and smartest fighters..
used for wars. And anbu are supposed to be an all around fighter. melee = Taijutsu, mage = genjutsu/ninjutsu
Range = kunai throwing? and stuff alike.
but.. i think we need stricter exams.. iv seen a few people take these exams and pass with ease...

-Either Lunar or Magix Spell book
-Certain amount of quest points required. 150?
-A 3 fight test against the examiner. Using all 3 fighting styles.. (Melee, range, and magic)
-And on passing this.. i think it should be up to the examiner to determine and gauge forthemselves.
if a person is worthy of having anbu rank.

I suggest a Kage Meeting Asap

FINALLY! Someone is taking a stand on this these damn exams lmao. Since im not in the clan anymore, i think i can freely share some things. First, out of all of the leaders, im amazed that it is heartless doing this. Good job, nice way leading mate. Most of them sound decent, I guess thats why there will be a kage meeting eh?

i havnt heard anyone voice an opinion on them
nor have the kages had a meeting..

then make a meeting mate, tomorrow there is a meeting at 8 eastern, kages only. Post that on the forum. Someone needs to take the stand. They are good alternatives.

and.. another idea proposed by earthalchemy is that
two up and coming anbu's have to duke it out..and winner gets it.

he also proposed a time one must be
instead of letting people test every other day after they have become chunin.,.
we think there should be an amount of time someone is a rank..
2-3 months per rank.
so that people wouldnt rank up as fast.
and we could also put the 3 genin too a jounin with this.
and let them be tested in that way.

Lots of problems with this though.

110+ is a really high lvl, most in our clan isn't that high. 100 is PLENTY. And having a fight for the position and the losers have to wait another 2-3 months just to have a chance will not fair well with all the members. The problem with the 3 genin with 1 joinin is that, WHAT THE HELL WILL THEY DO? Will the jonin just watch the genin train and if you have a lvl 50, a lvl 62, and a lvl 84 genins with the jonin then training all them is hard...very hard. The way the game works does not cooperate with the naruto series so we can't implement everything from naruto. Its a fact all of us need to remember.

yea i see the problem with the 3 genin to 1 jounin.
and the having two anbu wannabes fight.
but... i still think anbu should be cb 105 or 110+...
100 now is not that strong for an anbu... anbu are fighters... and if we goto war..
i really dont want a bunch of 100's repping us..with a few 120's+
i say atleast 105 very min... or 110+
