teqnicly gih is the 6th due to the idea that i have that a person cant be regestered as kage of two diffrent villages in which case rain village is removed and stubb will take spot as 4rth kazekage because that was his longest rein. and where the fuck do you guys get the avatars i just spent a hour looking for one and trying to download on and i kept getting rejected! What i am hearing, no one is taking the lead on the kage meetings and implementing ideas. We need to disscuss the ideas if anyone wants a change in the ranking system(which, could use some help).
